- Our policy lasts 28 days from date of purchase. If 28 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping, duties and handling fees) within 28 days of purchase.
- Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Copper Hawk Limited unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
- To return, please package the items to be returned or exchanged in the original packaging (if possible). Please provide us with copy of invoice or sales order number.
- Please send your return with tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost in transit.
- Unfortunately, any item that is returned after more than 28 days after delivery will not be refunded.
- In the event of your purchase being defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item or refund of the purchase price (less original shipping, duties and handling fees) within 28 days of purchase

- Once your return is received and inspected, Copper Hawk Limited will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- The refund will not include the original shipping, duties and handling fees or return postage costs.

Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company/financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
